I used my 200x155 Bernina Hoop for this in the hoop project

I used some shiny ribbon I added the towel and used the same ribbon in the top buttonhole instead of sewing on a button.
And I did sew on some brass buttons, I like that I can remove the towel to wash instead of it all.
